Our full website is being rebuilt. Everything you need to reach us, and everything you need to have a child referred to Early Intervention, is on this page.
All children must be referred to their county to take part in the Early Intervention Program. Call your county's Early Intervention Program directly. Anyone can help a parent make the referral.
New York State Growing Up Healthy Hotline

Free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day in English and Spanish.
After a child is found eligible, families choose their service coordination agency when the initial Individualized Family Service Plan is developed. If you would like Early Start Coordination to be your agency, you can say so at that meeting, or tell your initial service coordinator or the Early Intervention Official's Designee beforehand.
Albany, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rensselaer, Rockland, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Ulster, Washington and Westchester. We continue to expand across New York State.
General agency contact only. To refer a child, please use your county's Early Intervention Program or the Growing Up Healthy Hotline above.
Early Start Coordination is a Christ-centered agency. Our faith is what moves us to do this work and to treat every family with dignity and patience.
Early Intervention services are publicly funded and strictly secular. We welcome and serve every family equally, whatever their faith or beliefs. No family is asked about religion, and faith is never part of your child's services.
